Trinity United Church & Santa Emilia, Nicaragua

Trinity Church is a growing, family-oriented church in the Wichita suburb of Cheney.   In 2008 they pioneered JustHope's partnership in Santa Emilia, a community of coffee-pickers and subsistence farmers in the mountainous region of  Matagalpa, Nicaragua. 

  As members of Trinity and residents of Santa Emilia have shared their hopes and struggles, fears and dreams; as they have worked together to remodel a pre-school, build a clean water system, and establish a high school in the area, they have given birth to deep, and lasting relationships.
